Kaavya Rao
Associate of Materials

Kaavya Rao is a sophomore from Collegeville, PA, majoring in Enterprise Technology Integration. She joined Leveraged Lion Capital in the Spring of 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the Materials sector. Previously, she was an Associate in the Information Technology Sector. In the summer of 2026, she will be interning at Adam Street Partners in Private Credit.

Outside of LLC, Kaavya is involved with Infusion. Some of her interests include running and traveling. Kaavya says LLC has provided her with a community of hardworking and dedicated friends whom she can rely on for motivation and look up to for guidance. She hopes to equip herself with the skills necessary for the real world in finance and eventually give back to the LLC as she gains more experience.
